Fuelling infrastructure

Four ways to bring hydrogen to your site

From a small pressure-transfer panel that bridges a bottleneck to a fully specified hydrogen filling station. Which stage fits is decided by the demand on site — volume, pressure level and how permanent the location is.

01

Overflow Panel

The hydrogen trailer remains the source; the panel controls the transfer to the vehicle. The smallest stage, intended for bridging.

Parameters

Available
3–6 Monate
Incoming
350 | 380 bar
Outgoing
max. 350 bar
Capacity
variabel

Advantages

  • Can be implemented at short notice under the German Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV)
  • Lowest investment of the four stages
  • Keine Versorgungsanschlüsse notwendig
  • Manual or semi-automatic transfer process
  • Ideal for trial operation, testing and a minimal footprint
02

Mobile Refueling Unit

A mobile fuelling unit that comes to where the work is: construction site, special operations, backup reserve.

Parameters

Available
3–6 Monate
Incoming
700 bar
Outgoing
max. 350 bar
Capacity
60 kg

Advantages

  • Modular design for decentralised use such as construction work and redundancy
  • Works even where space is tight
  • Kein fester Standort nötig
  • Integrated compression and buffer storage on a trailer or skid
  • Quick commissioning without foundation work
03

Filling station at the depot

A compact, modularly expandable H₂ fuelling unit in an all-in-one design. Ideally suited to the flexible space requirements of small and medium-sized depots and test fleets.

Parameters

Available
6–9 Monate
Incoming
30–500 bar
Outgoing
350 or 700 bar
Capacity
up to 120 g/s (Coriolis)

Vorteile & Ausstattung

  • Integriertes Komplettsystem (inkl. Kompressor & Trockner)
  • Kompaktes, platzsparendes Würfel-Gehäuse (Plug-and-Play)
  • Easy-to-use touchscreen terminal with remote monitoring
  • ATEX-certified for safe operation in an industrial environment
04

Public gas station

The fully specified filling station for public operation and large fleets, designed for continuous load.

Parameters

Available
9–15 Monate
Incoming
variabel
Outgoing
350 and 700 bar
Capacity
ab 1 t/Tag

Advantages

  • High capacity in continuous operation
  • Both pressure levels in one place
  • Modular design, expandable with the fleet
  • Integrierte Abrechnungssysteme (POS/Kartenterminal), eichrechtkonform
  • High-flow fuelling for fast turnaround times with heavy-duty fleets

Which stage suits which situation

  • A bottleneck needs bridging, few vehicles, and it has to happen fast. → Überströmpanel
  • The location changes, or it is about a backup reserve alongside the main supply. → Mobiler Refueller
  • A fixed fleet runs daily from its own yard and needs predictable downtime. → Filling station at the depot
  • External fleets are to refuel too, or the daily volume runs into tonnes. → Öffentliche Tankstelle

What stays the same across all four stages

The hydrogen comes from us

Supply from more than 15 producers in Germany and in Central and Eastern Europe, in the grade the application requires: RFNBO, ISO, certified.

Planning is part of the delivery

Design, permit documentation and construction are included in what we do. No second project arises alongside the supply.

The stages build on one another

Anyone starting with a panel can move up to their own installation later, without changing supplier and without changing the supply chain.

On the stated timings: The periods given are guide values from the date of order and refer to procurement and construction. Permit procedures and structural preparation on site are not included — we clarify both with you in advance. The specifications apply to the respective standard configuration and are adapted to your requirements during the project.

Which stage suits your site?

Your requirement, location and timeframe are enough for a first assessment. We will tell you which stage will carry you — and from when the step up to the next one pays off.
